If you choose to be an exhibitor at our conference you will be appointed a table top with two chairs, an electrical outlet, WiFi and space for a roll-up banner. Having an exhibition space allows you to introduce your company to your target audience in a relaxed manner. It is also a great way to let the attendees get acquainted with the nature of your company and the possibilities within your organisation. In short, it is the perfect opportunity for networking.
Exhibitors can choose to host a sponsored session which is adapted to the theme of the specific event. We have very limited sponsored sessions available and exhibitors will be required to apply for such a session. The session needs to be of high quality reflecting the high standards of the conference and can be in English or Dutch. To submit your request for a sponsored session we need a synopsis of the presentation and resume of the intended speaker.
